Huge disappointment

The watch was bought as a gift for a very special occasion, but sadly it was completely ruined because the watch arrived seemingly in good condition until the wearer started to set the time. When the crank is pulled out to change the time, the whole watch face moves around, completely loose. The A and B buttons do not work at all. The watch is going back and needless to say, we are extremely disappointed.

The setting of the day of the week is also difficult, but once it is set, no new adjustments are needed. Regarding shipping: At the beginning, one is very well informed about the status of the shipment.
