Product excellent. Although I did think it was a pair. Bought one at Christmas and thought I'd lost the eating. Hence the second purchase. Maybe that's my fault not reading description properly.
First earing I recieved was packed in a bag and was broken when I recieved it but customer service was fantastic and sent out a new one packed in a box which saved it from breaking
This necklace is really well made, very dark and gothic and doesn’t leave any cheap stains on your skin unlike the other competitors. The cross itself is very well made and kind of heavy but in a good way as it shows the cross more dominantly.

Perfect size, Very trendy
I wish it was more clear that they come in individual and not pairs. I received just one of each and I had to put an extra order to pair them up
The product was really good quality. Very happy with it. Will definitely be back for more!
