All our laser engravings are performed in-house. Whatever you choose to say remains between us.
Classic customisation. A standard printing press is heated to 120°C and used to permanently imprint your message on leather.
No. Erasers don't work on laser engravings and debossed leather doesn't grow back. Also, we'd feel really bad about replacing the picture of your family printed on the back of your watch with a random stock photo.
That's why engraved, custom-printed, and embossed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
But, of course, if there's a problem with the item you received, contact customer service and we'll figure it out together.
Anything that belongs in the Latin alphabet and its most common variants.
Our laser engraving machine can engrave anything in the UTF-8 character list, but we prefer not to engrave &, ∞, º, and other small symbols. They'll look okay in the order window but always look off when engraved in metal.
Our debossing machine is old-school and has a more limited typeset. The Latin alphabet and its common variants will work, but no symbols there either.
We can't do logos or emojis, and we reserve the right to refuse to engrave symbols of hate.
In most cases, yes, but during high season, we may have to add a day to get it done. You don't want to rush the personalisation process.
Creating a custom-printed caseback for your watch takes a bit longer, so that process will always add a day to your shipping time.
Your watch's caseback is very important to its water resistance. If you want to change your caseback, have a professional do it.
There are YouTube tutorials that show you how, and you "can" do it yourself, but you will void the guarantee in case your watch suffers water damage.
