The cut of the fabric was wrong and it is a serious mistake, however it does not correspond to the photo: the red lines are not diagonal as they should but horizontal and you cannot really see them. I bought one together with a red background with two blue lines and it is correctly cut diagonally. I would be happy if a replacement is planned.

It's a beautiful tie. It's in a different league compared to traditional ties. It's a mistake to wear it under a shirt, I just tie it over a shirt and success is guaranteed. It is also beautiful in a traditional binding form, but it is fabulous when tied into a three- or four-pronged bouquet.
