Beautiful bracelet, well made, lovely design, packaging was amazing and fast delivery, which was easily trackable. Loved how I was communicated with, which was reassuring. Brilliant customer service, lots of contact through email which I liked.
I was not impressed when I first saw the item and while I am wearing it, if I had a choice, I would choose something different.
This bracelet is comfortable to wear, feels solid and cool. The colour is chocolatey and goes with blue jeans or black outfits well.
The product that arrived was not as shown...I was expecting a vintage look to the bracelet. The product was a different colour and had a shine to it. Not what I was expecting. Customer service was good though as was the delivery
