Perfect colour and on time but disappointed with 2 rips

The tie was the perfect colour as on the website which I was delighted with but I was extremely disappointed when I noticed 2 small rips on different parts of the tie. They can be hidden but not ideal and the wedding is tomorrow so we will have to make do.
