Strap is way too long

The strap was way too long. When I extended the strap to its maximum length, the backpack was hanging almost on my thigh - and I'm 181 centimeters tall. Even so, it was still not comfortable to wear at the shortest length. I had the strap shortened. Only after shortening does it sit perfectly. Otherwise: processing is terrific and the leather does not smell. Design is great, shipping was great and I'm happy to wear this backpack.

Spacious and stylish backpack
