Generally, you only get a nice and personal service at Trendhim, which makes it feel like you had been shopping in a physical store. Thank you! The Frederik watch is delicious and slim and my boyfriend is happy with her gift. However, it was not quite similar to the product on the picture, as the lock was food black, but when I called in, I immediately received more than 20% off instead, so it's luxury and the clock is no worse for that reason.
