Product was actually great. Engraving is good. But personalised/engraving cannot be exchanged. Because it is big, he cannot really wear it. It does not say that their 365 return does not include personalised items, while paying it online. Mentioned only, unless thoroughly searched and upon return procedure. It is disappointing for a Christmas gift.

I am really happy with the ring. It looks exactly like in the pictures, has a beautiful blue color, and feels like a quality product. The only downside was that I ordered it in a size too big, so I had to swap it. Otherwise, it's a really beautiful ring that I can highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars.
