Product was actually great. Engraving is good. But personalised/engraving cannot be exchanged. Because it is big, he cannot really wear it. It does not say that their 365 return does not include personalised items, while paying it online. Mentioned only, unless thoroughly searched and upon return procedure. It is disappointing for a Christmas gift.

Very beautiful ring, constructively well made. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size and started the exchange process. The product's video images closely match its visual reality. Next time, if I change weight, I will look online for a file that represents the different sizes, to print it out and cut the various holes to find the right size, as an alternative to measuring with the thread. I had difficulty understanding whether the size (EU/US/IT) associated with the ring referred to the actual diameter or needed to be converted into a diameter, but this is a shortcoming on my part. First purchasing experience with Trendhim, currently maximum trust.
