Nice quality product. However, I received the wrong size (22mm rather than 20mm) - not sure if I ordered incorrectly or mix up with the order. Options on site somewhat confusing. Returns policy was very simple and user-friendly.
By far the best quality strap I've seen for my Samsung Watch! This is genuine leather and it comes in a stilish white pouch to keep the old one. The first one lasted me a year before the edge of the bracelet got damaged, it doesn't like sweating too much so avoided it in the summer, I still use it but I wanted it recommended, I like the form it is flexible, pleasant to wear. Unfortunately during this second purchase I received it damaged the end of the bracelet is very slightly split on the top (black side) I noticed it once installed on my watch, I asked for an exchange despite all this, eager to get a new one.
