Extremely Disappointed

I wanted to love this bag but I just can’t. I purchased it as a gift but don’t think I will even give it to the person I bought it for. There are so many things to comment on. It looks used. There wasn’t even a company tag on it which makes it look second hand. Also, the leather parts look nothing like in the pictures. It’s a much darker brown, only one tone, it looks very cheap and has so many marks on it. The kaki colour is also different looking in person and is very unflattering. I am extremely disappointed in this product. At the price point it is sold at I was expecting a much nicer and better quality bag.
