The making of an enamel dial is a meticulous and time-consuming process. Each step has to be precise, or you’ll have to start all over. Powdered glass is mixed with pigment, sifted over a thin sheet of metal, then fired at a very high temperature. The end result is a vibrant dial designed to last a lifetime – the colours will neither fade nor flake.
